1. About Oplin

Oplin is an AI-powered business platform designed to help first-time and early-stage founders make better decisions, plan strategy, and grow their businesses. It is operated by Oplin Solutions, headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

By creating an account and using Oplin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Oplin Is and Is Not

Oplin provides AI-generated insights, strategy recommendations, decision support, content ideas, and business planning tools.

Oplin is designed to support your thinking and assist your decision-making. It is not a replacement for professional advice.

Oplin does not provide:

• Financial advice
• Legal advice
• Accounting advice
• Medical advice
• Any other regulated professional services

All AI-generated content is produced by automated systems and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not applicable to your specific situation. You are solely responsible for evaluating any recommendation and making your own decisions.

3. Your Account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during signup and onboarding
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

Oplin is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by weak passwords, shared credentials, or your failure to secure your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Oplin only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
• Use Oplin to harm, deceive, or defraud others
• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

5. AI-Generated Content

Oplin uses artificial intelligence powered by third-party providers to generate recommendations and insights. By using Oplin you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete
• You should not rely solely on Oplin’s recommendations for important business decisions
• Oplin’s advice does not replace consultation with qualified professionals
• You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated information before acting on it

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of Oplin require a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup
• You may cancel at any time from your Settings
• Cancellation stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to Oplin, including the software, design, branding, and content, belong to Oplin Solutions. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the platform.

Your business data and content remain yours. By using Oplin, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Oplin may connect to third-party services including Stripe, Shopify, Google Analytics, and others. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or performance of these services. Your use of integrated services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Oplin is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or specific business outcomes
• Oplin Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
• If liability is established, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may stop using Oplin and delete your account at any time through Settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of Oplin after changes means you accept the updated terms.
