This policy explains how Oplin Solutions Inc. (“Oplin”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies on oplinsolutions.ca. Please read it alongside our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device. They help a site work properly, remember your choices, and understand how it is being used.
The cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies
These are needed for Oplin to work, for example to keep you logged in and to remember your cookie choices. They are always on and do not require your consent.
Performance and analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics to see how visitors find and use Oplin, such as which pages are viewed and how long people stay. These cookies are only set if you click Accept all or turn on analytics in your preferences. If you reject them, we don’t measure your visits with Google Analytics. This is separate from connecting your own Google Analytics account to Oplin, which you control in Settings, Integrations.
Third party services and connected accounts
When you sign in with Google or pay through Stripe, you are taken to a page run by Google or Stripe. They may set their own cookies, which are governed by their own policies. Google Analytics data may be processed by Google outside Canada.
Connecting an account to Oplin, such as Google Analytics, Shopify or Stripe, is a separate authorization from cookies. You approve it on the provider’s own screen or by entering the provider’s connection credentials in Oplin, and you can remove it at any time in Settings, Integrations.
Your choices
You can accept or reject analytics cookies using the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may sign you out and bring the banner back.
Changes to this policy
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and the date above. If the change is significant, we will ask for your consent again.
