Oplin uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, insights, strategy advice, and content suggestions. This AI is powered by third-party providers including OpenAI (GPT models) and Anthropic (Claude models).
When you use Oplin, your business information and messages may be sent to these AI providers to generate responses. These providers process your data as our data processors under contractual agreements that require them to protect your data.
AI-generated content is provided as a decision-support tool only. It does not constitute professional financial, legal, or business advice. You are responsible for evaluating all AI-generated suggestions before acting on them.

Oplin is based in Canada. Your data may be processed outside of Canada, including in the United States, by our service providers (OpenAI, Replit, Google). By using Oplin, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Canada, including countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
